We cannot change any information on an order once it has been shipped. If you made a mistake (incorrect shipping details, wrong quantity, wrong item, etc), please email us with your order number and issue.

We will always try to ship your order within 24 hours. Orders will only be processed and shipped on and during work days. During particular releases or holidays, the handling of your order may take up to three days.

Products that are out of stock will be marked as "sold out". In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP to exchange the affected item for another of equal value or refund the full amount of your order.
